Our clients Hotel is situated in the beautiful area of Stratford upon Avon, we now have a great career opportunity for you to join the team as their new Duty Manager.

In this role you will be supporting the Spa and Health Club, Club Members and Spa guests. You will ensure that the business runs to a high operational level and for the team to consistently strive to deliver service excellence throughout the Club and Spa.

Key Duties:

To exceed operating standards
All aspects of the customers journey are managed Customers queries and bookings are dealt within the set time frames maintaining a high level of customer service.
To assist the Club Manager to ensure all administration is up to date
Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all times as well as all Health & Safety standards.
To provide great customer service for all members and guests, focussing on the greeting at reception, the service in the health club and spa and the implementation of a membership retention programme.
To be accountable for all aspects of the club operation, when acting as shift Duty Manager.
To administer all the processes relating to invoicing, banking, accounts and payroll.
To work a variety of shifts in accordance with the business needs
Attending outreach and promotional events on behalf of Spa

Package Details:

Basic Salary: GBP17,500
Commission on Membership Sales

How you are supported in this role:

• Spa and Health Club training will be provided to support you in this role
• You will be involved in creating your own Training needs Analysis Action plans and objectives agreed with the Club Manager and Regional Manager.
• Mentoring and support from Club Manager and Regional Manager
