1. Job Purpose

They have now won sufficient contracts to establish momentum and reference points. They now require a proven, experienced and effective BDM to drive further growth into the business. This role will create more openings and opportunities to bid for and win new contracts in targeted sectors and leveraging the membership for leads.

2. Principle Accountabilities

This role has one output - to win more business for the company.

Knowledge

  • The waste and recycling collection sector

Experience

  • Regional or National waste and recycling business development
  • Designing and preparing waste and recycling solutions
  • Tender preparation, submission and negotiating

  • The complete bidding to delivery sales cycle
  • Working with blue chip customers
  • Building commercial models
  • Continuous improvement processes and advantage
