How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

In this role, you'll provide technical analysis throughout the lifecycle of projects across Global eCom. You'll define and validate technical requirements, particularly non-functional requirements, and produce and obtain sign-off of system, functional and non-functional requirements, including "as-is" and gap analysis. You'll facilitate and run requirements engineering workshops with key stakeholders, and ensure effective communication of requirements between users and developers (translating business requirements into user stories) during the project initiation phase by first producing vision and explanatory documents.

You'll work in an agile manner with the development team and users to produce an initial product backlog, writing epics and user stories with enough detail to provide estimates for the programme planning process. You'll communicate and train the business users on the new functionality provided in each release, and take lead role in initial UAT defect review with users.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You'll have extensive systems analysis and end to end project lifecycle experience. You'll have experience with business and requirements analysis including non-functional requirements, and strong knowledge of high quality documentation and technical artefacts. You'll have strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills, and have requirements engineering and data analysis experience.

Experience working in an Agile environment is advantageous, especially Scrum, Kanban or SAFe, as well as a technical background in software development.
