As an Area Support Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our 24/7 Operations Support Team.
In this key role, you’ll make sure that staffing levels are maintained and employees are suitably trained to deliver a high quality security service to customers.
You’ll complete regular rostering reviews and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory policies.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
- Acting as the first point of contact for security personnel queries
- Maintaining records, contracts and IT systems
- Ensuring that colleagues have completed the required training to succeed in their roles
- Assisting with recruitment activities
To be considered, you will need:
- Customer service experience
- An SIA frontline licence
- Strong IT skills, ideally including knowledge of MS Office packages
- A full, clean driving licence
Proactive and organised, as an Area Support Team Leader, you will need superb written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise effectively and plenty of initiative.
Call centre experience would be beneficial. Previous experience of admin and clerical duties would also be an advantage.
