Administrator Required - Temporary 4 week booking potential to extend
To assist the administration team, ensuring that enquiries are handled and schedules for Installers are completed in a timely and efficient manner, proactively planning for emergency appointments and installations as set out by the TSA service level Agreements.
Entering information on the client database , Complete clear, concise accurate reports to enable colleagues to understand any previous communication. Follow up with on referrals and arrange appropriate installations visit, ensuring that the correct procured has been followed. Ensuring all Contractors and Customers for all services are met in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring that all H&S procedures are followed. To assist with the processing of direct debit and other payments and to ensure that all fees, charges and rental for goods and services supplied service are accurately levied and collected. Ensure invoices and payments are processed in accordance with client procedures. Arranging general information, leaflets, packs, application forms to be sent via post or e mail as appropriate, taking care to ensure all appropriate information is sent at the same time.
A Keen eye for detail, first class communication skills, empathy used to handling customer contact. The job holder will require a DBS Criminal Record Check
Temporary pay rate £8-9 per hour depending on skills and experience
