I am recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager for a client based in Birmingham; working for a highly reputable Occupational Health company you have the opportunity to receive a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an OTE of up to £37000!

THE ROLE
As a B2B Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for effectively promoting, communicating and developing the clients brand, products and services with existing customers. You will be involved in the process from contract tendering and seeing this through to implementation stage with the customer, ensuring a smooth and successful product/service introduction.

You will be working to achievable sales targets, up-selling and cross-selling the clients products and services, some customers have a large spend and some much smaller, your role is to strategically manage all sizes of customer accounts and ensure the correct and most relevant products are introduced to them and sustain the business relationship

THE COMPANY
My client is a well known Occupational Health company who have been established for well over 100 years. They have a number of different products and services they offer to the individual and to businesses including health plans, occupational health advice and health and safety assessments to name just a few.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Increase sales through contact with existing customers by proactively identifying opportunities
- Successfully implement new products/services into the customers business once a tender has been agreed
- Act as the key point of contact and demonstrate proactive customer relationship management through existing customers
- Proactively manage the contracts of key accounts through reviews
- Respond to and log all new business enquiries
- Respond and resolve all raised customer queries
- Act as the initial responder to customer complaints and to delegate any complaints received to the appropriate person
- Be responsible for the closure of the complaints received
- Facilitate the transition of customers from admin dependant services to the clients customer portal
- Provide relevant MI to customers as and when requested
- Maintain courtesy, professionalism and high standards of presentation in all communications with customers and potential customers
- Building professional relationships with customers
- Working to and achieving targets and KPI's

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- 5 GCSE's (including, English, Maths and Science)
- Previous B2B account management and/or CRM experience is essential
- Previous relationship management with sales through service experience
- Experience working within Occupational Health or health insurance would be ideal but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills and confident in dealing with customer queries and complain handling
- A strong influencer with first class communication skills
- An ambitious and charismatic individual who is self-motivated and resilient
- Be target orientated, self motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Experience of and comfortable working towards KPI's and targets
- Stable work history, be able to explain reasons for leaving previous positions
