An established organisation working within the Healthcare industry, London have an immediate requirement for an Interim Service Manager of Acute Medicine to join their team. If you have a proven track record of management and the ability to lead and innovatively bring change in a challenging financial climate in an NHS Foundation Trust or similar organisation, then we would love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
As Service Manager, you will be in charge of providing timely, effective and efficient service management to the emergency medical Pathway within the hospital and specifically to Acute Medicine
What skills/experience should you have?
- Ability to build lasting and effective relationships
- Proven experience of managing a service budget (Desirable)
- Experience in Operational management.
- Capability of demonstrating passion and commitment to developing our personnel and services in order to bring substantial benefits to our patients.
Past nursing experience is desirable but not essential
