We have a very rewarding role for an agency Account Manager, with at
least 2 years agency experience, to join an award-winning, leading, UK
retail design agency in Northampton.
This is an established, successful agency with a grown up, innovative and
dynamic culture. They have a genuine interest in investing in great
people and working collaboratively to create and produce excellent work
to their impressive client base.
The Role
This position will involve working as part of a friendly, close-knit
Client Services team, overseeing a variety of retail clients and their
brands, so the campaigns and projects will be diverse and varied. In your
role as Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day
management of your clients and a variety of retail, sales promotion and
point of purchase projects. You will be exposed to some of the world's
biggest brands, responding to briefs, planning projects, coordinating
campaigns, proofing artwork and ensuring that all projects are delivered
on time and to budget.
There is plenty of variety to keep your working life interesting; no two
days are the same and you will also be empowered to work with your
clients and team to develop the relationship and ensure trust and
credibility is achieved!
About You
* You will be an experienced Account Manager delivering projects across
the full sales and marketing mix, ideally with experience in the
retail sector (grocery experience would be great!)
* If you are looking to give your career a further kick on more high
profile and interesting projects and continue to learn from a
knowledgeable, and talented team then this won't disappoint.
* The role would suit you if you'd enjoy autonomy and trust from your
manager. You will be encouraged to work independently, within a
supportive team.
* Your top notch communication and listening skills will play out on a
daily basis, engaging both clients and internal creative teams in
creating, and delivering exceptional creative.
