A Leading organisation based in Guildford requires a Reward Analyst to join their growing team on a contract basis. The purpose of this role is to Support the UK Market Reward Leader with Compensation and Benefit integration of Newly Acquired Company (NAC) employees on to Philips remuneration and the harmonising Terms & Conditions.
The client requires a candidate with previous experience as a Reward Analyst. This is a six month contract position with the opportunity to be ongoing.
Responsibilities:
- Support mapping of Philips Job Catalogue to newly acquired company roles
- Support mapping of Philips Pay ranges, including comparison between current salaries and Philips pay ranges
- Support mapping Philips variable pay to NAC employees, including costings
- Prepare individual compensation statements for NAC employees, outlining current total remuneration compared to Philips total remuneration
- Support HR Manager and Reward Leader with overall gap analysis with regards to policy terms & conditions for Philips vs acquired company
- Support Talent Acquisition team with compensation and job mapping for new roles in NAC
Requirements
- Knowledge of job evaluation and reward surveys
- Experience of working with job families and salary structures
- Advanced IT skills (including MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be able to write complex formulas using if statements, h/vlookups, etc. and develop Excel workbook analysis, using "what if scenarios", pivot tables, graphs, and macros
- Methodical approach to analysis and great attention to detail
- Ability to develop practical solutions within the Philips Global and UK HR and Reward framework
