Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting an Estates Surveyor based in Lincoln for 12 months initially.
Job title: Estates Surveyor

Requirements:
Essentials:
- Appropriate RICS qualification (AssocRICS, MRICS)
- Understanding of planning, property and compensation legislation
- Negotiate access to land
- Management of rural estate
- Good communication skills to settle compensation claims
