About this company:
We are currently recruiting for a part time chef on behalf of our
client, a beautiful Cottage & Caf??, located on the outskirts of
Scarborough. The hours you will be working are:
Thursday 4-8pm / Friday 4-8pm / Saturday 10-8pm
This role is ongoing until the end October.
Role / Responsibilities:
Duties Include:
* To manage all catering within the cafe including breakfast and
dinner service
* To manage the kitchen team
* Ordering stock and ensuring profitability through cost control
* Work well and run the kitchen on own if needs be
* Preparation and plating of food
Essential / Desirable experience required:
Essential Criteria:
* Must drive due to location
* Previous experience essential
