Our client is a world leading provider of diagnostic products and connected health solutions. They are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional support to organisations seeking to detect the abuse of drugs and alcohol.

The Internal Account Manager, (New Business), will be working with existing customer accounts to increase revenue by recognising upsell opportunities, whilst developing lasting relationships. The generation of new business with net new logo accounts, whilst creating and documenting a prospect/pipeline. Collaborate with all employees as necessary, to deliver an outstanding customer experience whilst protecting the Company's interests.

The day-to-day duties

Office-based role, responsible for managing and growing revenue of existing customers within a geographical territory. The role is supported by an external equivalent and so there will be regular communication with this field based account manager to effectively support each other and deliver on the territory revenue target.

The partnership will be accountable for determining territory sales plans that focus on growing the public and private divisions through provision of Drug and Alcohol products and services.

6 to 12 month Targets

  • Hit monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets based on achievable divisional growth.
  • Pipeline management via Salesforce
  • Complete call volumes to drive revenue.
  • Close customer requested quotations as a priority.
  • Develop revenue opportunities in existing accounts via upsell.
  • Develop revenue opportunities in net new logo accounts.
  • Maintain or improve margin levels.
  • Prepare customer quotations in a timely manner.
  • Set up customer meetings as appropriate.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints and other requirements through different business departments to ensure customer satisfaction and be a point of escalation for the customer.
