An exciting opportunity exists for a finance director for our client - a leading Healthcare Recruitment agency with offices in Cheltenham - Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and will continue to grow.
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and articulate professional to head our finance team.
You will work with all departments of the business to help plan and manage budgets. You will also work closely with the Director to help them manage the overall business so it effectively utilises its budgets and ensure financial stability. This role forms part of our creative senior management team and supports strategic business development.
Roles include:
* Monitoring business performance
* Monitoring cash flow
* Overseeing the budgets
* Working with departments and teams
* Supervising your own accounts team
* Preparing accounts
* Developing financial models
* Planning for the future
* Competitor analysis
* Strategic planning
