Maternity role for 9 month FTC

BT Facilities Services are part of the BT Group of companies and we
specialise in facilities management. Our brilliant team provide a full
range of building maintenance services to 7,000 BT buildings in the
UK, our estate varies from commercial offices, telephone exchanges,
data centres and retail shops.

Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner you will be a key member
of the People Team, responsible for supporting our managers to align
people and organisational capability to deliver the strategic
objectives of our business.

Responsibilities???

* Working with colleagues to ensure they have the tools and
resources to effectively and consistently manage performance
within their teams

* Managing a caseload of employee relations issues such as
disciplinary & grievance

* Develop people coaching skills across the region

* Play an active part in the compilation of information and evidence
for all internal and external HR processes to include legal and
conciliation

* Providing input and ideas into the annual people plan• Contribute
to the design and roll out of training

* Producing MI for reporting

* Ensure timely completion of routine processes (i.e. starters,
leavers), and ad hoc tasks by effective liaison with the HR
Administration team

You???

This is a busy and fast paced role, and will suit a candidate who has
the flexibility and ability to multi task in an environment where
priorities are ever changing, flexing your approach and priorities to
meet an ever changing caseload.

Being regional, you must have a willingness to travel with an average
of three days per week travelling to different locations, occasionally
involving overnight stays.

You must have an excellent knowledge of human resources functions -
most importantly ER. Ideally being either CIPD qualified or having a
depth of HR advisor level experience to ensure you can effectively
advise on the full range of people matters.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
