Soft Services Estimator - London - Negotiable Day Rate
We have an urgent requirement for a Soft Services Estimator to join
one of the UK's largest Facilities Management Service Providers on a
contract basis to act as an SME on an Influx of Bids.
The Role
Pricing labour and materials for Soft Service Delivery concentrating
on cleaning, catering and security
Aiding in developing responses for pre-qualification and request for
information
Soft service tender submissions over GBP2million in value
Using existing cost models as well as generating new material
The Candidate
Immediately Available
Previously worked for a Facilities Management Service Provider
Has held the position of an Estimator and has demonstrable work
history of estimating Soft Service costs
Able to be based in London
