THE COMPANY...
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an estate agents in York within their sales division. You will provide a high level of customer service to all clients

KEY SKILLS
- Achieve pre agreed targets
- Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and purchasers
- Close deals
- Communicate with vendors in regards to marketing feedback, viewings and potential purchasers
- Provide practical solutions to vendors
- Take offers, negotiate sales, maximise number of offers accepted
- Work closely with lettings
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with vendors and purchasers

Required Skill Minimum Experience
- The ideal person would have some property experience
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
- Achieve goals and targets pre agreed

WHATS ON OFFER???
Salary: GBP17,500 - GBP19,000 dependent on experience ote GBP22,000 - GBP24,000
