P/T Contract
Are you interested in joining one of the largest voluntary sector providers of housing services across England and Wales while gaining experiences as an Engagement Officer for Victims of Crime?
If so, this housing provider is seeking a Part-Time Engagement Officer to join their Direct Labour Organisation.
To be successful in the role of Engagement Officer you will:
• Carry an agreed caseload of tenants to provide a programme of support
• Identify the victim of crime's individual support needs through consultation
• Develop and implement support plans and risk assessments
• To support and participate in life and social skills work
• To act as an advocate as required and accompany tenants to interviews, hospital, court etc.
You will also have:
• Excellent team working skills and work proactively with all other colleagues to ensure relevant information is shared
• Undertake all core training required for this post if required
• To represent the Association externally when required
