ESSENTIALS:
Must have CeMAP & Estate Agency experience.
Experience of selling protection policies
Be able to demonstrate a track record for selling decreasing, level term assurance, critical illness cover, income protection and buildings and contents.
My client one of the most successful Estate Agents in North/West Leeds seeks a dedicated Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their team.
The new mortgage and protection adviser will be joining a team of four advisers and will be working between at least two offices.
The adviser must have experience in mortgage and protection, preferably from an Estate Agency adviser background. Full CeMAP and experience is essential. Adviser will need to be familiar with placing business selecting from a range of lenders from high street to specialised lenders.
The successful adviser must have experience of selling protection policies and as we are whole of market applicants should be able to demonstrate a track record for selling decreasing, level term assurance, critical illness cover, income protection and buildings and contents.
A dedicated administration team are responsible for taking the application to completion, therefore this is a sales position, and need to see track record for both mortgage and protection sales.
