Company Secretarial / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a Company Secretarial / Administrative Assistant to join our growing professional practice. Reporting to the Company Secretarial Director (a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice) the role will involve a wide range of company secretarial duties, including maintaining client company records on Blueprint OneWorld (training would be provided, if required) and undertaking statutory filings. Candidates with minuting skills and experience would be preferred. The role will also involve providing assistance and cover for general administrative duties.
Previous administrative work experience is essential, but this need not have been in a company secretarial role. Candidates must be interested in client-facing work and have a flexible and adaptable attitude.
