Working for a local property and lettings organisation, the successful candidate will be an important part of the property repairs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent maintenance support to tenants in the NP postcode area.
This is a temporary position until approximately the end of September 2018.
Our client benefits from having great free parking on site, so would attract candidates from South Wales Valleys, Newport or Cardiff areas.
You will be responsible for:
- Updating work requests
- Scheduling maintenance and repairs
- Providing Advice to tenants
Candidates must have:
- Tenancy, housing or property experience
- Excellent Customer Service Experience
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues in a calm manner
The candidate will need to demonstrate housing, property or property repairs on their CV and be willing to learn as part of their role.
The pay rate is initially £10 per hour. The successful candidate will also be entitled to 28 days holiday per year and will be paid weekly in arrears.
