An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded educational organisation on a 9 month fixed term basis.

Within this role, you will be providing administrative support to the Estates and Resources Department in a highly professional and business sensitive manner.

Duties will include:

-Day to day management of administrative functions of the office (filing, minute taking, sickness absence monitoring, recording of annual leave, written/email and telephone enquiries, maintaining project plans, procurement activities)

-Maintaining and monitoring admin systems

-Maintaining accurate records and schedules

-Assisting colleagues by helping to manage aspects of project planning

-Scoping and writing reports

-Taking responsibility for running of financial systems

Technical skills you will need to have:

-Office 365 advanced skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

-Sharepoint experience (preferable but not essential)
