Role: Customer Care Resolution & Quality Auditor
Location: Rural Sevenoaks
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Do you have experience working in claims/complaints?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has resolutions experience and is looking to progress and take on more responsibility. This is an exciting dual role where you will be handling complaints along with coaching and scoring calls. This could then develop into you assisting with workshops and employee feedback.
Your daily duties will include dealing with challenging rapid response calls, reporting, assisting the training team, assisting with audits and resolving complaints. On a typical day you will be dealing with around 10 phone calls a day.
