Junior web and app developer: The company is a well-known web and app development agency based in Birmingham's up-and-coming Jewellery Quarter. You will be working on a wide range of medium-sized web app and mobile app projects for a variety of the company's clients across a range of different sectors. The company has a culture of learning, team support, exploring new technologies, frameworks, and ways of working. Job Role:

The company is looking for a junior developer to join their team. The company currently build their back-end using PHP or NodeJS on a framework such as Laravel, Yii2, ExpressJS, Meteor.

The Front-end is built using the familiar HTML/CSS/JS stack but on top of a front-end framework (Usually React + Redux, Angular, Bootstrap, Semantic, Ant, etc.).

Mobile app projects are also built on web technologies, using Cordova or React Native to allow apps to be built using web languages. We version control projects using GIT.

To be considered you will need:

• To consider your skill level to be that of a junior developer.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP (or NodeJS) development skills.
• Must understand MVC programming principles.
• Experience using a web development framework (front or back end).
• Experience developing responsive websites or web apps.
• Demonstrable personal project experience counts if you lack commercial experience

The company understands that everyone's skills and specific experience are different, so they're more interested in you being able to prove that you can learn quickly and demonstrate your coding ability.
