Financial Accountant - Insurance
London
Up to £55,000 per annum
I'm working on behalf of a leading Lloyd's insurer in their search for a Financial Accountant primarily responsible for assisting with group, statutory and regulatory corporate reporting. In addition to this, the successful candidate will have one direct report.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and reviewing the quarterly and annual financial reports under UK GAAP and overseas GAAP
* Reviewing quarterly and annual Lloyd's reports
* Preparing and submitting tax computations
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects
Essential knowledge and experience:
* Qualified - ACA/ACCA
* At least 3 year's experience in Insurance
* Insurance experience essential (ideally Lloyd's)
* Strong excel skills
* Team player
