Premises Manager

A Church of England secondary school and sixth form located in Guildford are seeking a full time experienced Premises Manager to ensure the safe and efficient running of their school site and facilities.

You will manage a small team of staff and contractors to ensure the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard under the school’s principles of value for money.

They are looking for someone who is proactive and a problem solver.

Previous premises manager experience is beneficial; however a high level of technical ability in maintenance and managing premises projects is essential.

In conjunction with the Premises Team you will be responsible for the unlocking and securing of the premises so you must be willing to work flexible hours. For this role you need a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle during the school day.
