PA to Principal and Office Manager

(Range £24,642 - £28,590 FTE)

A Church of England secondary school and sixth form located in Guildford are seeking a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic PA to their Principal who will manage the main school office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced environment. The PA role is a full time position for 36 hours a week during term time, plus four weeks during the school holidays.

You will provide a full secretarial/administrative service to the Principal as well as being responsible for the day to day management of the main office.

This is a varied role and would suit someone who can think on their feet.

If you are proactive and have good attention to detail then this is the position for you. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role. Applicants should have strong ICT skills and an understanding of the educational environment.
