Based at our Abbey Park Campus, the part time Senior Catering Services Assistant will work across our other commercial catering areas across all campuses as required throughout the year.
You will provide an outstanding catering service to our students and staff and will be required at times to work within the laundry and food stores areas out of term time.
Work hours: Monday - Thursday 6 hours per day, Friday 4 hours.
About You
- Relevant catering skills and experience
- A basic food hygiene certificate
- Full clean driving licence - essential
- High level of customer service
- A fork lift truck operator certificate - desirable
Senior Catering Services Assistant Duties
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Safe lifting/manual handling and carrying of food provisions
- Freshly preparing food and drinks when required
- Driving delivery van and using fork lift to receive bulk goods
- Delivering hospitality for internal and external meetings
