Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum depending on experience
Terms: 12 month contract initially
Full-time: 5 days per week - 37.5 hours per week.
Based: Morecambe, Lancashire
Start: ASAP

If you are interested in management of service delivery of software products then our client want to hear from you!

Working within a small team along with our clients Software Manager and Service Delivery Manager you will provide support in the requirements identification for software products, analysis and SPID writing as well as introducing and maintaining processes for service delivery. You will also support and help develop the direction of new software products within the company along with other members of the SPID team.

Delivery focussed with knowledge of web and mobile software applications you will ideally have some management and leadership experience. Customer service and customer relationship experience both on the telephone and face to face is essential.

As some travel to customer sites may also be required you will also need to hold a valid driving licence.
