A position has become available at a well established Estate Agency who are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and professional team in Peterborough.
The Property Sales Negotiator role will require you to carry out listing, negotiate sales and progress sales to completion. You will be driven, self motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment. Full training will be provided.
As this is a busy and demanding role it will only be suitable to the most conscientious of people. You will;
- Have a background in Sales and Customer Service
- Have excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Have great Social media and marketing activity skills
- Have good knowledge of the local market
- High Attention to detail
- Full UK Driving licence
In return, a basic salary of £14,000 - £15,000 per annum is on offer depending on experience with a competitive Commission package on top.
