We are currently recruiting for a Polish speaking ( or any other EU
language) Recruitment Resourcer
The role consists of filling Clients' vacancies, advertising for
applicants in such a manner that will generate the largest / best quality
response, successfully match candidates to job specification, interview
and reference check them, managing recruited candidates' performance
daily and weekly to ensure that the clients are satisfied, working
towards KPIs and targets, organise and monitor transport for temporary
workers to and from work
As a vital role within the recruitment process the ideal candidate will
have good admin and communications skills.
You will need to have an organised approach to your work, strong
attention to detail, be resourceful with bags of energy and the ability
to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Driving license and own car would be an advantage and the knowledge of
Polish or any other EU language is desirable
Usual working hours are 9-5, however, a successful candidate needs to be
able to work flexible hours and some weekend hours a rota basis
