Our client is a provider of affordable housing and support services in the East Midlands. They own and manage around 4,600 homes with a £22 million turnover and their mission is to work successfully with customers and communities to provide great services and high quality living environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client to work in a challenging role and be part of a growing business, adding significant value by providing insightful financial analysis and business partnering support across the organisation. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.

The key responsibilities of this role include analysing and stress-testing the 30 year business plan and scrutinising costing information on the in-house repairs service to identify potential productivity gains and service improvements. The post-holder will work closely with partners from across the business to deliver high quality financial services.

Suitable candidates for this role will hold a professional accountancy qualification, or be qualified by experience, and have strong financial modelling and analysis capabilities. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be able to responsive to competing priorities and be able deliver high quality analysis and reporting.
