CRA Legal are delighted to be working on behalf of a growing law firm within the UK who are currently seeking a Statement of truth advisor, with exceptional customer service skills, to join their team in Sheffield. The firm is a client focused, reputable law firm who pride themselves on high levels of customer care. This role is a front line, client facing customer service role, within a professional law firm and offers an excellent opportunity for the right individual to progress and expand on their customer service skills within a professional setting.

The role is based within the motor claims team and responsibilities consists of;

*To update the computer system with relevant information.
*Obtain Statement of Truth over the phone from clients.
*To assist with the preparation of letters and documents.
*To assist the Team with post distribution.
*To speak to clients regarding their claim.
*To undertake filing duties.
*To work in any other areas as requested by the Company if necessary which may include other offices.

The right candidate will have:
*Experience of working to deadlines and under pressure.
*Experience of working in a legal or insurance environment advantageous.
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Ability to work under pressure
*Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
*Flexible approach
