My client is a leading Property Consultancy specialising within Surveying, Architecture, Planning and Project Management. An increase in project load has seen an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their successful Essex team.

This Building Surveyor position is a fantastic opportunity to work within a consultancy that prides itself on quality and tailoring services to each client, whilst providing you the opportunity to work through your APC diary and competencies through a structured program in house led by regulated and qualified assessors.

To be considered for this Building Surveyor position that offers you a range of small to large sized projects, Residential property and Commercial property focused properties and a healthy office and site based split, you will need the following:

• RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying - 2:1 minimum classification
• 1-3 years POST-degree Building Surveyor experience
• Actively working towards the APC program or has just started the APC
• Residential property / Commercial property Building Surveyor experience
• Excellent communication skills and able to run and attend client meetings / inspections
• Access to your own vehicle
