Pack Change Analyst - Barnard Castle - Durham - 5 months - GBP26,000 per year

Description:

To act as the key interface with marketing/commercial and manufacturing organisation to manage pack updates/new pack requests through the pack change/artwork creation process.

Accountable for customer relationships and workload management for all pack change new pack requests.

Plan and schedule pack changes through the execution process to meet customer requirements for delivery of new and changed packs into the supply network.

Graduate level candidates that are dynamic, customer focused, driven individuals ideally with a 2nd language (European)

Experience of commercial packaging/packs change process preferred

Ensures any addition or change to the company's pack portfolio follows the approved processes and Standard Operating procedures

Co-ordinates impact assessments for all pack changes, including cost, quality, complexity and service implications

Balances priority demands of new product introductions, mandatory regulatory changes, product transfers and routine commercial or production driven change requests.

Accountable for data accuracy through the change/creation process.

Monitors progress and ensures delays or issues are rectified or escalated to the appropriate level of management, and customers are kept informed of progress.
