Customer Phasing Analyst

Customer Phasing Analyst - Maidenhead - GBP10 - GBP12 Per Hour - 6 months

Local Customer Phasing Analyst role, will lead the Baby Portfolio Customer Phasing project), ensuring we are supplying the right Sku's, making sure we monitor customer level consumptions (at Depot/Store) and notifying the Account Managers when they need to switch to the new codes, Managing the Code Set-up (new Line form collation) by Account, barcode requests (barcode generation for sampling), Sampling by account, ensuring the samples are available and sent out to customers,Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor Consumption of all baby codes

* Trigger Commercial discussion Geographical Reach Local/Cluster Send Allocation Templates as required

* Monitor Arrival of new stock (First receipts)

* Manage Sampling activity for top 5 accounts

* Request/collation of barcode samples

Qualifications and Experience

* Education higher Level Education Experience

* Supply Chain/Customer Services experience

* Build Customer Level Stock reports

* Monitor Stock Report Able to lead/influence cross functional teams

* Present up to board level - using PowerPoint/analytics etc

* Analytical Skills essential - with the ability to collate/interpret large amounts of data

* Strong Excel Knowledge and MS Office essential

* Effective Communication Skills - both written and Verbal
