We`re working with an exciting Leeds based company, looking for a Training Engagement Coordinator to join their vibrant team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company, in a role that can open many doors and offer real longevity and long term progression.
Within the role, your duties will include:
Managing internal training programmes and the e-learning platform for internal colleagues, agencies and suppliers
Building strong relationships with commercial, training and system vendors, you`ll be responsible for queries, communications and assessing partner performance alongside the below auditory duties.
Working alongside managers to ensure that training budgets are managed, monitoring budget plan vs actual on a monthly basis to ensure monthly spend and forecast are accurate and aligned
You`ll also be involved with colleague engagement, scheduling quarterly engagement sessions and collating feedback, using this information to identify patterns and trends then creating management reports with action plans to address areas of least engagement.
Within the role you will also become a system `super user` working alongside platform users to improve user experience, identifying areas of improvement and change and presenting them to the project team. You`ll then ensure that any systems changes have the correct training, user guides and release information and that this is rolled out across the company smoothly. Another duty will be to ensure that users are set up correctly, including new starters, and that the correct access is given.
Performing a wide range of monthly audits, looking into budgets and spend ensuring invoices are reconciled, reviewing aged debts, addressing escalated queries, conducting quarterly reviews to determine who is truly driving costs. You`ll compile and review all this data, indentifying trends and presenting improvements. There will also be the requirement to pull complex and simple reports from system data.
We`re looking for a candidate with experience managing training plans, with experience of budgetary control and commercial auditing experience.
It`s essential you have an analytical mindset and advanced excel knowledge with experience of pivot tables, v lookups, macros etc - this will be assessed at interview.
You`ll also need excellent communication skills, as building relationships with suppliers and internal contacts is an essential part of this role.
If you meet the above criteria and enjoy a busy, multifaceted role where you can thrive under pressure, then we`d love to hear from you!
Our client offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience.
There`s also free onsite parking.
The company also offers excellent personal and professional development opportunities.
