The Role

The Trust is looking for a CleanStart Technician to work as part of the Social Enterprise team. The successful candidate will have high standards of cleaning and be able to follow instructions as well as using their own initiative. You will be required to have a prior knowledge of COSHH and a flexible approach to your location of work. You will be required to drive a company vehicle carrying out cleaning to communal areas of apartment blocks and sheltered housing. You will be responsible for developing a colleagues skills and employability as part of our team of Driver Mentors.

Essential skills

Experience of commercial cleaning, CoSHH, working to a schedule and excellent customer service.

Basic IT Skills

Desirable skills

CSCS and BICS. Supervision of staff.
