A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator
to join our clients' innovative Independent Estate Agents in
Birmingham.
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator with a minimum
of 1 years' experience within Estate Agency.
To be successful within this position, you will need to be driven,
passionate, motivated and a 'go-getter'!
Key duties will include:
* Booking in and conducting viewings
* Booking in valuations
* Negotiating on offers
* Providing viewing feedback
* Liaising with vendors and purchasers regularly
* Taking potential purchasers requirements and finding suitable
properties
* Generating business and leads
* Closing for business
Please note, further duties may be required.
To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean UK
driving licence and own vehicle.
Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of GBP16,000 -
GBP18,000, dependent on experience, along with realistic on target
earnings of GBP20,000 - GBP25,000.
