Business Change Executive, PI&R Business Change Team
Paying up to GBP30,000

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Premier Inn and Restaurants Business Change team, responsible for delivering world-class change programmes for Premier Inn's 19,000+ employees and multiple restaurant brands. The successful applicant will be outgoing, personable and consultative, with excellent communications skills and thrive in a varied role, therefore the ability to adapt is crucial. We would be keen to speak to recent graduates or those with some business exposure in a related sector.
This role will be responsible for supporting the Business Change Manager, and wider team, in delivering change into the organisation through 'best practice' project, programme and change management. Together you will deliver insights that will enhance the current operation as well as assist in defining the roadmap for the future of the business. You will have the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively programme/project objectives and progress to key stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- facilitating workshops and meetings
- preparing business proposals and presentations
- tracking progress against plans
- working with project managers to manage risks, issues and dependencies
- supporting the definition and realisation of detailed business requirements through collaboration with IS, the business and third parties
- working collaboratively with Finance to ensure there is independent and transparent allocation and reporting of business investment and benefits realisation
The Business Change Executive will play an active role in continuously improving the engagement and performance of the team, whilst acting as an ambassador for Business Change across the organisation.
