Semi-Independence Manager

BS Social Care are seeking a manager to join an organisation for young people facing hopelessness in London, providing safe homes and support to enable them to achieve their potential. They operate in the south London.

Ideal candidate:
1. Ability to create clear, concise reports and policies
2. Ability to engage young people
3. Ability to deliver training as required
4. Ability to work under your own initiative & ensure frontline staff deliver a
high quality team performance

Requirements for the role:
1. NVQ Level 5 (or above) or hold an equivalent degree accreditation
2. Experience of managing teams working with young people either in Local
Authority, Voluntary or Social Enterprise sector
3 awareness of the needs of young people in relation to housing and
support
4. An awareness of the commissioning processes and requirements

Salary and Benefits:
1. £35,000
2. 30 days AL including more
