Customer Service Supervisor
We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for a Client on the outskirts of Coventry.
** 39 hours per week, early finish on a Friday**
You will be required to support the needs of the customer support colleagues and customers on a daily basis.
Engage with customers and colleagues on all levels, applying listening skills and demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
Support the direct sales manager with training and development of the department.
You will need previous experience within supervising a team,
