Graduate Building Surveyor - Brentwood, Essex

The Company:
Established for over 30 years our client is a specialist multi disciplinary in Brentwood. With services including Building Surveying, Project Management, Health and Safety and Sustainability an increase in project load has seen this exciting opportunity arise.
Duties:
An entry level position, you will work amongst a team of supportive and like-minded Building Surveying professionals within the residential and commercial property sectors. A varied role you will assist with the design and delivery of both refurb and new build projects as well as getting exposure to Contract Admin and client liaison/client relationship development.
Experience:
To be considered, my client is seeking a Graduate Calibre Building Surveyor, ideally with a Masters. It's essential that your degree is RICS accredited and that you who possess excellent technical ability and knowledge around Building Pathology (through your Degree). It's expected that candidates will be keen to develop in the discipline of Building Surveying and have a genuine passion for the Industry.
