Domestic Claims Handler – Job Description:
We have a permanent vacancy for a Domestic Claims Handler in Northern Ireland. Based out of our Belfast office, we are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to desk manage and settle household claims up to a value of £50,000. You will have the ability and background knowledge to make the right decisions on each claim whilst delivering excellent customer service. You will be expected to deliver and perform to high standards of quality, service and technical accuracy and exceeding our client`s expectations.

Domestic Claims Handler – Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of dealing with Household Property claims, up to the stated value
• Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
• Superb communications skills - listening and acting upon information given
• The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers at all stages of the claim
• Understanding and empathy when required
• A positive `can do` attitude
• Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
• Excellent keyboard skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Ideally Cert CII/Cert CILA or working towards
