This is a fantastic niche opportunity for someone who comes from a Banking background or software development background. Our client develops, implements and supports innovative software solutions for some of the most prestigious global banks and asset finance companies. Its a dynamic and innovative market place.
The Junior Client Relationship Manager acts as a primary business contact for all clients; finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet their business needs and translating their interests internally with production and development teams.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and helping the company meet current and future customer needs. You will maximize opportunities with existing customers and assist in the sales process where necessary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clear, accurate and relevant information to project teams so will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate at all levels, be a strong negotiator and have the ability to take the lead. You will need to be flexible as there may be travel involved. Experience working within the IT or financial services industry would be highly advantageous.
