Programme Leader - Mechanical Engineering

Hours: 1FTE, 37 hours per week

Salary: £21,784 - £35,105 pa dependent on experience plus excellent benefits

Location:  Technology Centre, Monkerton, Exeter

Contract:  Permanent     

Due to the outstanding success of the Exeter College and our new world-class robotics and engineering centre, we have an exciting opportunity within the College for a Programme Leader with expertise in Mechanical Engineering

You will be working within a highly motivated and dedicated team that teaches from BTEC Level 2 up to Level 5 HND engineering subjects to Exeter College students.  We are looking for someone who can deliver mechanical skills and mechanical based subjects to learners across a variety of levels but due to an increase in our Level 3 apprenticeship numbers we are particularly interested to hear from anyone who has delivery experience to apprentices.

Experience of working with lathes, milling machines is essential.  If you feel that you have a relevant engineering background and relevant expertise, and are passionate about training the UK’s future engineers, we would very much like to hear from you.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 9th August at the Technology Centre, Monkerton, Exeter.
