Would you like the opportunity to work Full-Time (Temporary) in an rewarding and challenging role within the Charity/Non-Profit sector? Easily commutable in the West Essex and East Hertfordshire Area, (Harlow, Chelmsford, Bishop Stortford, Hoddesdon, etc.)
£9 p/h , the hours are 37 per week, Monday - Friday, 9 to 5.
This is a challenging, yet rewarding role for a respected brand. For this reason, you will be expected to be flexible in line with the needs of the business as the role can be a challenge and will vary from day to day, so you must be able to adapt. A professional, efficent and empathictic approach is required at all times & strong communication skills are essential.
The role requires a deep understanding of the nature of Care and Patient & Family Support Service. To provide administrative and secretarial service to all members of the multi-professional team, in particular the Patient and Family Support Services Manager. Developing, improving and enhancing systems as appropriate, to improve the service delivered to patients, carers and health care professionals.
You will be required to undertake security clearance for these roles and it is imperative that you hold a valid passport and be able to provide two proofs of current address and a proof of national insurance.
A minimum of two years administration experience is required or suitable relevant experience, you also must be P. literate within Excel and other Microsoft Office processes.
