I am recruiting on behalf of an excellent client of mine Chelmsford who have the need for a Head Of Sales to join their team.
• Lead the development and delivery of a detailed sales plan in line with company
business plan
• Lead the delivery of day to day sales in line with targets and be responsible for
sufficient lead generation to ensure achievement of sales goals
• Build and develop the sales and account management resource and function as
demand and delivery requirements dictate
• Manage sales team (including administration function), which places prospect
inquiry contacts, converts calls into scheduled appointments, accounts for
closing sales and follows up on all interactions with prospects
• Monitor performance against targets and report all critical numbers and
monthly marketing reports as required.
• Understand and apply current market trends and techniques to understand how
to best penetrate the market and gain consumer interest
• Monitor and analyse activity of competitors and make recommendations for
the company
