Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Treatment Manager to join their residential rehabilitation services team

 

Treatment Manager – Job description:

Your role will involve helping to deliver high quality and tailored interventions all year around. 

  • You will be responsible for the full range of tasks associated with generating placements into the service
  • You will support the delivery of effective marketing and promotion of the service to a range of external stakeholders
  • Ensure occupancy targets are met
  • This role will require extensive travel and remote working

 

Treatment Manager – Required skills:

  • Must have a full driving licence and use of a car
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently is essential
  • You will have experience of supporting people with addiction issues including need and risk assessing and care planning
  • You will have strong administration skills
  • Must have knowledge of different recovery models and of facilitating groups
  • Must be committed to the vision and mission of the company
