Make a difference to the people of Bury as an adult community nurse.

We provide 24 hour care and our aim is to keep people out of hospital and living well. We have vacancies in our day nursing service, out-of-hours nursing service, and Bealey Community Hospital.

We care about our patients and staff and want to appoint the very best candidates.  We’re offering a one-off payment of £1,500 to successful applicants (applicable to band 5 roles only, minimum 12 months’ service).

You will be an important part of the team and play a key role in delivering high quality patient care and will be supported by our healthcare support workers and team leaders.

This will involve working alongside a range of community specialist teams, including palliative care, wound care, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, continence and stoma,mental health and Bealey Community Hospital.
