Monday to Friday, start time 6.30 am
37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
£13.72 with potential to rise to £15.06 per hour
Actual Salary £24,366 with potential to rise to £26,746 per annum

The Trust’s Catering Manager is looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager, commercial or educational background, to assist him in the day to day running of a large catering kitchen. The Trust is in an exciting new phase and there is opportunity to grow the external catering service with promotion for the Chef Manager to take over the management of the current external service.
You will assist with the catering strategy and manage a team of six on a daily basis to prepare, cook and serve up to 1,500 meals to the students and staff of Writhlington School, with a further 160 meals being delivered to local schools.
Meals are produced in accordance with the Food for Life Partnership Scheme and within the school’s budget. You will report directly to the Catering Manager of Dragonfly Education Trust.
